Restoration and relationships go hand in hand. I’ve come to understand and appreciate the gift of coaching, as mentoring is when one pours into your life whereas coaching draws out. I’ve known Betty Mutwiri over two decades and more recently have personally benefitted from her coaching and mentoring services. Consulting
I’ve worked with a number of leadership consultants that I also recommend for personal or organizational growth. These individuals are highly qualified men and women who have helped me and the orgs that I had the honour of founding over the last 20+ years. I have worked with them on an individual bases or as a team and am so grateful for their impact on my life and in the teams/ organizations that have been near and dear to my heart. Counselling
I believe that God’s Holy Spirit is our ultimate Counselour (Isaiah 9:6) and can reach our deepest souls needs through prayer, and other spiritual practices as outlined in the Bible.
At the same time, I’m also an advocate for professional counselling where needed to get the help one needs to move forward in life. Some facing unrelenting depression, conflicts in relationships or any number of issues like I’ve encountered (Compassion Fatigue, Vicarious Trauma, Triggers) etc. Where would I be without the God ordained Counseling professionals trained in Soul Care? Mentoring
I believe we should be mindful in life to seek out people to encourage or mentor and also surround ourselves with people who can likewise mentor or pour into us no matter our age or season in life.
